Micro-, small and medium-sized enterprises can now apply for grants when purchasing equipment and software for developing new assembly lines and products, the Ministry of Innovation and Growth has announced.

Technological modernization, amounting to EUR 133 million, is the first measure under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. The minimum amount is EUR 18,000, and the maximum is differentiated depending on the size and the needs of the company. The threshold for micro-, small and medium-sized enterprises is EUR 92,000, EUR 179,000 and EUR 358, 000 respectively. The funding can be used, for example, to purchase automated machines, robots or digital process control systems. The co-financing is up to 50%.
