The Prosecutor's Office terminated the Magnitsky probe against Delyan Peevski

Due to lack of evidence of a crime, the Specialized Prosecutor's Office suspended investigations against two of the people on the list "Magnitsky" - the MRF deputy Delyan Peevski and the former vice chairman of the Office for the Supervision of Special Intelligence Means, Ilko Zhelyazkov. This is what Valentina Madjarova, head of the Specialized Prosecutor's Office, told BNR.

Investigations continue into the third person on the Magnitsky list, Vasil Bozhkov, who is in Dubai, Madjarova added. After the suspension of the activities of the specialized prosecution from tomorrow, the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office will work on the case.
