In the last week of August, the town of Kazanlak, located in the Rose Valley, attracts a number of Bulgarians and foreign guests willing to immerse themselves in the wonderful world of valuable archaeological monuments, which tell the story of the Thracians - the most ancient population that settled on these lands in the 5th century BC.

The 7th edition of Kazanlak Jazz Fest and the Festival of Thracian Wine and Wine Culture 2022, are only part of the events included in the rich programme of the traditional Festivities in the Valley of Thracian Kings. The two events continue until August 28.

The rich cultural programme containing opera performances, a book bazaar, workshops and lectures, inspired by the Thracian culture, continues until September 4.
