Bulgaria will not support the proposal to impose a ban on all visas for Russian citizens, caretaker Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Kostadin Kodzhabashev said with regard to the forthcoming informal meeting of Foreign Affairs Ministers, who will discuss the Czech EU Council Presidency's proposal to suspend the agreement  between the European Community and the Russian Federation on the facilitation of the issuance of visas to the citizens of the EU and the Russian Federation.

Bulgaria will support such type of suspension which concerns only the facilitation of visa issuance. As regards an outright ban on visas for Russian citizens and Russian tourists, this issue is not on the agenda, Deputy Minister Kodzhabashev went on to say.
