Bulgaria's Plovdiv is in top 3 of the best European cities for investments

The Bulgarian city of Plovdiv has attracted more than 3 billion euros of investments in the past 20 years, proving it to be one of the most attractive places for foreign investors in Bulgaria.

This was announced by Bogdan Bogdanov, executive director of the Bulgarian Investment Agency. He recalled that Plovdiv is in the top 3 of the best small cities for investments in Europe and pointed out that it is the most industrially developing region in the country at the moment.

There are 54 projects in the process of certification by the Bulgarian Investment Agency with a total value of 1.1 billion euros, which will create 4,500 jobs.
