A car carrying 10 illegal migrants caught fire and burned down near the 99th kilometer of the Trakia motorway in the direction of Sofia, public broadcaster BNT reports. The incident was reported around 15:30.
The migrants, including children, tried to escape, but the chain link fence on the highway stopped them. However, the driver managed to flee.

The car has Bulgarian license plates, its owner has been identified and is currently being sought.
