The number of Parliamentary seats in the constituencies will be based on the 2011 census, instead of the 2021 census, political analyst Rosen Karadimov said for the Bulgarian National Television in connection with the forthcoming snap election scheduled for October 2.
"There are nine small districts which redistribute one MP more than their actual population", Rosen Karadimov said.
