The port city of Burgas will bring more bustle to the summer tourist season with one of its top food-and-beverage related events for the year - the Fish and Wine Festival. From today until Sunday in the Sea Garden the residents and guests of Burgas will be invited to listen to pleasant music, watch culinary demonstrations, participate in games and taste gastronomic delights. Chefs will prepare fresh seafood delicacies and the restaurants will compete for the traditional "Most delicious fish soup" award.

"Burgas is known for its fish and seafood, and the whole of Southeastern Bulgaria is famous for its wines. The combination of the two is at the heart of the idea for the festival," event organiser Nikolai Todorov told BNR-Burgas.
