Bulgaria reports 9 Covid-related deaths in past day

852 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours out of 7,282 tests performed, 687 more as compared to the previous day. 11.7% of the tests came back positive, Single Coronavirus Information Portal data show. 65% of the new Covid-19 cases are among the unvaccinated.

The number of active cases of coronavirus infection decreased with 1,348 to 10,076. 134 patients have been admitted to hospitals in the past day. 108 of them were not immunized. 614 Covid-19 patients are being treated in hospital, as 31 of them are in intensive care units.

 9 Covid-related deaths have been reported in the past day. 2,191 people have been reported cured.

855 vaccine doses were administered on Monday.
