Ukrainian authorities found a mass grave of more than 400 bodies in the northeastern city of Izyum in Kharikiv region that was recaptured from Russian forces. The Board of Governors of the International Atomic Energy Agency passed a resolution demanding the Russia ends its occupation of the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant. The resolution passed with 26 votes. Russia and China voted against, while seven Asian and African countries abstained.
