With shouts “Aliyev terrorist!” protesters from the Armenian community in this country condemned Azerbaijan’s military activities against Armenia.

“If Ukrainian blood matters so much, why doesn’t Armenian blood?" the protesters shouted. They say that politicians obviously to not have a problem buying gas from one dictator instead of another.

The Armenian protesters described what is happening as hypocrisy, and demanded the full withdrawal of the Azeri troops from the territory of their country and Nagorno-Karabakh, as well as the release of hundreds of prisoners of war. They insisted that Azerbaijan is selling Russian gas.

The protesters gathered near the National Palace of Culture building where the ceremony for the official launch of the gas interconnector with Greece is taking place. It is attended by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
