Four countries have been invited to submit offers for second-hand aircraft - Sweden, France, Israel and the USA. At the moment, answers have been received and working meetings have been held with France and Sweden, the minister pointed out.
He recalled that back in August he stated that Bulgaria's fighter aviation was in an extremely difficult situation.
