More than 500 students participate at the traditional initiative “Sport Practice with the President”

The town of Yambol hosts today the traditional initiative “Sport Practice with the President” aimed to promote physical activity and sports among children and young people in Bulgaria. More than 500 students in grades 5-12 from Southeastern Bulgaria participated at the initiative. Bulgaria's President Rumen Radev awarded the winning teams.

The war on the roads involving drunk or drugged drivers shows that a whole generation grew up without a system of mass sport, eco-friendly life and patriotic education”, Bulgaria’s head of state noted.
