Caretaker PM Galab Donev made a connection between the hearing in parliament of caretaker Finance Minister Rositza Velkova, who is supposed to present the draft budget for 2023 to the MPs, and the election of a President of the National Assembly.

He urged the members of parliament to review the bills already adopted by the caretaker cabinet which are connected with the second tranche of funding for Bulgaria under the recovery and resilience plan. Galab Donev pointed out further that the political time wasted is eating away at our time as a society, and added that what people want is to live in a well-regulated country, not to be spectators of political shows.
