The deadline for submitting a budget for next year is today, 31 October. At an extraordinary meeting of the National Council for Tripartite Cooperation, Finance Minister in the caretaker government Rositza Velkova stated that the budget is the country’s financial plan and the government programme of the majority which has not yet been formed.
