The transition to climate neutrality must be well-planned. It must be smooth, socially and economically just, so that it can increase people's well-being, not decrease it. President Radev pointed out that Bulgaria has regained its influence in the region with the commissioning of the Greece-Bulgaria gas connection, but it has and must use its potential not only to transfer energy sources.
