Mothers oppose Parliament’s decision to send military aid to Ukraine

The newly established civil initiative "Mothers Against War" is to submit a petition to the National Assembly and the Council of Ministers demanding the annulment of the decision of the MPs to provide military aid to Ukraine. 

According to the civil initiative, Bulgaria must not be dragged into the military conflict and should make every effort for a peaceful outcome through diplomacy. The mothers of children with disabilities from "The System is Killing Us", MEP Elena Yoncheva, the leader of "Stand up, BG" Maya Manolova, Anelia Toroshanova, journalist and radio host at the BNR, Dr. Tsveteslava Galabova, Director of the State Psychiatric Hospital, journalist Anna Zarkova, Neshka Robeva and others are backing the civil initiative.
