Prof. Alexander Marinov: The parties have to decide whether there will be a government by Christmas

By Christmas, it should be clear whether there will be a regular government, Prof. Alexander Marinov, adviser to the caretaker prime minister and chairman of the Strategic Council under President Rumen Radev, told BNR.
"If the president had forced things, he would have been accused of deliberately pushing the country towards early elections, which is not true. He sensibly gave the opportunity for a political conversation to be held," explained Marinov.
