By order of Sofia city mayor Yordanka Fandakova, a rally and procession mottoed “Peace, neutrality, sovereignty” has been put an end to.

According to the municipal press centre, the event was not coordinated with Sofia municipality and was put an end to because of information by the State Agency National Security that its motto on social media is: “We are not neutral! We are for Russia! Victory is ours!”, which runs counter to the official information initially provided by the organizers which was that it is a “national civic initiative for the sovereignty of Bulgaria and the other countries of the world”.

Earlier today, Yordanka Fandakova informed the prosecutor’s office that Sofia municipality had received information of a mass event, organized on social media and planned for 10 December, whose aim could be “a violent change of the constitutional order and territorial integrity of the country”, as well as that the event runs counter to the EU decisions.
