Bulgaria reports 181 new infections with coronavirus

Over the past 24 hours, 181 cases of coronavirus have been identified in Bulgaria out of 2,868 tests, according to the data of the Unified Information Portal. 6% of tests came back positive. 

64% of the newly infected persons have not been vaccinated. There are the most new cases in Sofia – 63, in Varna – 15, and in Burgas – 13. 
There are 358 patients in hospital, of which 35 are in intensive care units. 

62% of the newly admitted 39 people were not vaccinated. One person who was not vaccinated lost the battle with the virus. The number of recoveries is 154. 

Active cases in Bulgaria currently number 3,950. 

Yesterday, 281 doses of vaccines against coronavirus were administered. There are 2,074,695 people with completed immunization.
