8% coronavirus positivity rate in Bulgaria in past day

180 new cases of Covid-19 have been confirmed in Bulgaria in the past 24 hours out of 2,240 tests performed. 8% of the tests returned positive result, Single Coronavirus Information Portal data show. 47 people have been hospitalized in the past day. 336 patients with an established coronavirus infection are being treated in hospital, as 35 are in intensive care units. 

1 Covid-related death has been registered in the past 24 hours. 211 people have been reported cured.

208 vaccine doses were administered on Friday.

2,074,753 is the number of people with a completed vaccination cycle. 938,959 have had a booster dose. 66,390 people have had an adapted booster shot.
