Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky issued a decree to appoint Olesya Ilashchuk as Ukraine’s Ambassador in Bulgaria. Olesya Ilashchuk will be a successor to the current ambassador Vitaly Moskalenko. According to Ukrainian media, the Ukrainian President also appointed a new ambassador to Latvia.
