5.5% coronavirus positivity rate in Bulgaria in past day

173 is the number of new Covid-19 infections registered in the country out of 3,133 tests performed in the past 24 hours, a positivity rate of 5.5%, Single Coronavirus Information portal data show.

393 patients with an established coronavirus infection are being treated in hospital, as 40 are in intensive care units. 41 people have been admitted to hospital in the past day. 4 Covid-related deaths have been reported in the past day. 137 have been reported cured.

237 vaccine doses were administered on Friday. 2,074,968 is the number of people with a completed vaccination cycle. 939,931 have had a booster dose. 67,362 have had an adapted booster shot.
