Bulgarian Food Safety Agency carries out special inspections in winter resorts

The Bulgarian Food Safety Agency (BFSA) made special inspections in the country's winter resorts. The inspections found that hygiene requirements and storage conditions are generally complied with. 

The Food Safety Agency conducted a total of 276 inspections, issued 11 prescriptions and 1 act of infringement. More than 9 kilograms of meat and meat products will be incinerated. BFSA will continue to perform special inspections in Bulgaria’s winter resorts until March 10.
