4 persons have died with Covid-19, there are people infected with both flu and Covid

157 are the newly infected persons with Covid-19 in the country for the last 24 hours. Cases decreased by 9 compared to a day earlier. 58.6% of the newly infected persons were not vaccinated. 3.7% of the 4,212 tests performed came back positive, compared to 3.1% of the indicator on Tuesday, according to the coronavirus.bg portal.

Actively registered patients increased by 31 to 3,482. 45 infected persons have been admitted to hospitals. 31 of the newly admitted, or 68.89% were not vaccinated. The number of hospitalized patients decreased by 7 to 347. There are 50 infected patients in intensive care.

During the day, 4 people with an established Covid infection died. Three of them were not immunized. 122 persons were reported cured on Tuesday. 177 vaccines were administered.

The first two cases of co-infection between influenza virus and Covid-19 have been identified, the National Centre for Infectious and Parasitic Diseases has announced.
