A Russian air raid against Kharkiv has destroyed a residential building, killing one and injuring at least three, the governor of Kharkhiv region Oleh Synyehubov says.
In his nightly address, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated: “The situation is very tough. Bakhmut, Vuhledar and other areas in the Donetsk region are under constant Russian attacks. There are constant attempts to break through our defense.”
As Russian forces launched a massive artillery strike on Kherson, among the facilities hit is a local hospital where a nurse was injured, the Ukrainian authorities report.
