National Revenue Agency did not find violators on Magnitsky list

Bulgaria's National Revenue Agency (NRA) has not found any violations among the persons sanctioned in the second Magnitsky list. An internal analysis of the information arrays is carried out. This was indicated for bTV by the agency. 

The NRA received reports about most of the persons appearing in the second list. However, no violations of the tax and insurance legislation were found during the inspections of individuals. Therefore, no obligations and inconsistencies in the declared data have been established, the agency emphasizes.
