In October the B.T.R. rock band is to celebrate its 30th anniversary with a big concert in Sofia. Over the past three decades, the band has released 13 albums and dozens of music hits, and organized hundreds of concerts. In its current lineup, (Atanas Penev-vocals, Slavcho Nikolov- vocals guitar and, Ivan Kalfov- vocals and bass guitar and Ilian Dikov-drums) BTR has established itself as one of the most significant rock bands in Bulgaria and earned the respect of their colleagues and the love of their loyal fans.

The musicians from B.T.R. will have more emotional meetings with their music fans at the upcoming concerts from their European tour, which starts from Vienna on March 3 (The National Day of Bulgaria). They will also hold concerts in Berlin on March 4, in Hamburg on March 5, in Cologne on March 8, Stuttgart-(March 10), Frankfurt (March 11) and Munich (March 12).

In an interview with Radio Bulgaria, the musicians from B.T.R said that they were already thinking about expanding the territorial scope of the tour towards France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Spain.

At the forthcoming concerts, the musicians are to perform popular hits from the 30 years’ history of the band. The audience will hear live for the first time the songs from their latest album "Puzzle", which was released on October 13, 2021.

The band's last European tour was in 2019. Again in 2019, they held a series of concerts in the United States and Canada. The Bulgarian rock musicians from B.T.R. also performed in China and Vietnam.

“Bulgarians abroad get the feeling that we are their boys. There is always a bit of nostalgia- Nasko said.- it is less pronounced at our European tours, but when you cross the ocean, things become much more sentimental, which is normal.”

The band’s concerts in Bulgaria and around the world are of a very high quality. The Bulgarian rock stars have performed on one stage together with legendary musicians and bands such as Deep Purple, Whitesnake, Scorpions, Ronnie James Dio, Nazareth, Motorhead, Europe, Accept, Gamma Ray, Michael Schenker Group, Iron Maiden, etc.

“Everything we dreamt of when we were young has come true. We performed together with music celebrities such as Glenn Hughes and John Lawton. This year we are to play together with Johnny Gioeli again, this time on July 1 (July Morning)- said Nasko. - I don't know how big that dream is, but hopefully we'll continue to make new music which is good enough for the brand B.T.R."

B.T.R also works with acclaimed Bulgarian musicians. In their music album “Puzzle” the musicians from B.T.R included the song “Not for Me” (guest musicians Kiril Marichkov and Valdi Totev), as well as their latest piece “Faith” performed together with “Ahat” band.
