Caretaker PM Galab Donev

“Politicians should not pit people against one another, they should look for solutions together,” caretaker Prime Minister Galab Donev said in Kyustendil in a comment on the controversy surrounding the removal of the Soviet army monument in Sofia.

Galab Donev took part in a procession in Kyustendil’s central square Velbuzhd to mark the 80th anniversary of the rescue of the Bulgarian Jews. “Politicians ought to leave this issue until after the elections, and when things have calmed down, make the best, well thought out decision,” he said.
