At the biggest and most prestigious international tourism fair in the world Internationale Tourismus-Börse in Berlin, Bulgaria was named Destination of the Year-Balkan Region by the Pacific Area Travel Writers Association which comprises some 7,000 journalists, and Bulgaria’s Minister of Tourism Ilin Dimitrov – Tourism Minister of the Year-Balkan Region.
