The state milk-processing enterprise LB Bulgaricum will build its own cow farm. This became clear during the visit of Bulgaria's Minister of Economy Nikola Stoyanov to Israel. On March 14, he met with Israeli companies showing interest in joint projects with Bulgarian companies in the dairy sector.

"Israeli farms have achieved some of the highest levels of milk production - an average of 12,000 liters per year per cow," the Ministry of Economy said in a statement on the occasion of Stoyanov's visit. The good results are achieved thanks to specialized management software.

During a meeting with the company "Akol", which is the owner of the software, Stoyanov discussed the possibilities of starting a joint project with LB Bulgaricum, the announcement reads.
