Weather forecast for Bulgaria for 17 April 2023

Temperatures on the rise on Saturday

Sunshine is expected tomorrow over Western and Central Bulgaria. Over the eastern regions, overcast skies are in the forecast with light showers in some places. 

The minimum temperatures on Saturday will be between minus 2 °C and 3 °C, the highs will be between 8 °C and 13 °C, in Sofia - the minimum temperatures will be about minus 2 °C, the maximum - about 8 °C.


It will be mostly sunny over the mountains. After noon, the cloud cover over the massifs of Eastern Bulgaria will be significant and in the evening it will rain in some places. The maximum temperature at a height of 1,200 m will be about 2  °C, at 2,000 m - about minus 3°C.

Along the Bulgarian Black Sea coast, overcast skies are expected with intermittent showers in some places in the evening hours. The maximum temperatures will be 8-9°C, the same as the sea water temperature.
