Bulgaria allocates 109 mln euro to back farmers against adverse effects of the war in Ukraine

By the end of the year Bulgarian farmers will receive 108.90 million euro of support farmers in the context of Russia's war against Ukraine. This was decided by the State Fund "Agriculture". 
The aid is to support the farmers' liquidity to overcome the negative economic impact of the war in Ukraine. A little less than half of the amount goes to livestock farmers, the rest is for fruit and vegetable producers, informs BNR's reporter Veselina Milanova .
