According to CEC, just over 591,000 people voted across the country. By 11 am, the turnout for the three multi-mandate constituencies of Sofia - 23rd and 24th and 25th - was 8.33%; 6.75% and 8.95% respectively.
In Kardzhali the turnout was 6.45%, in Vidin - 12.8% and in Silistra 10.7%.
