The Minister of Innovation and Growth, Alexander Pulev, invites today in Sofia mayors of municipalities and regional governors to participate in the National Meeting "Industrial Zones - Growth for Municipalities and Regions".

The discussions will be dedicated to the new procedure for the development of industrial zones and parks in the country, which will be financed by the Recovery and Resilience Plan. The gathering is in connection with Bulgaria's upcoming application for the development of industrial zones and parks.

The funds of just over €100 million are earmarked for activities in four directions: supply infrastructure, internal infrastructure for the zone, construction of laboratories and test bases and buildings for scientific and research activity, as well as for the construction of eco-infrastructure /for example, charging stations for electric cars/.
