Weather forecast for Friday, April 14

Warm temperatures with spring showers and thunderstorms

On Friday the minimum temperatures will be from 4 to 9°C, in Sofia - 5°C. From the west it will be cloudy with showers in the afternoon. Later in the evening showers are expected in central and eastern parts of Bulgaria. There will be thunderstorms. Maximum temperatures will be 20 to 25°C. In the capital they will be 21°C. 
Over the Black Sea coast there will be broken clouds. Maximum temperatures will be from 13°C in the north to 19°C in the south. Sea water temperature will be 9-10°C. The sea swell will be 2-3.
In the afternoon it will rain over the mountains and snow at altitudes above 2000 m. The maximum temperature at 1200 m will be 12°C, at 2000 m - up to 4°C.
On Saturday, precipitation from the west will stop, it will remain warm.
There will also be precipitation in Europe over Brittany, Normandy, Wales, over the Alps, in Saxony and Moravia, as well as over the Balkans. 10°C is expected in London, 11 and 12°C in Berlin and Paris. In Moscow the temperature will be around 9°C, in Madrid - 21°C, in Rome - 15°C, in Athens - 22°C. In Belgrade the maximum temperature will be 14°C. Bucharest will be the warmest European capital with 24°C, warmer than Istanbul, where the maximum temperature will reach 19°C. 
In New York and Montreal it will be 21°C and 9°C and in Vancouver and Chicago 5°C and 18°C. In Los Angeles it is expected to be 13°C. In Miami and Mexico City it will be 23° and 16°, and in Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro 13° and 23°. In Dubai it will be 31°, and in Jerusalem and Tehran it will be 8° and 22° respectively.
