UN Chief António Guterres and West berate Sergey Lavrov over Ukraine

The United Nations chief and representatives from Western nations Berated Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov as he chaired a UN meeting. They accused Moscow of violating the UN Charter by attacking Ukraine and occupying part of its territory. In return, Lavrov defended what Moscow calls “its special military operation”, reiterating accusations that Ukraine was promoting “Nazi practices” and banning the Russian language and culture", Reuters reported.

In an interview for “Foreign Affairs”, the Prime Ministers of Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia called on the international community to unreservedly support Ukraine. Mateusz Morawiecki, Petr Fiala and Eduard Heger said that if Ukraine loses its war against Russia, the rest of Central Europe could be next.
