For the first time in half a century a Japanese Minister of Economy visits Bulgaria

Japanese Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Nishimura Yasutoshi is visiting Bulgaria together with an official and business delegation. This is the first visit of a Japanese Minister of Economy to Bulgaria in 50 years. Today Mr. Nishimura Yasutoshi and his Bulgarian counterpart Nikola Stoyanov will discuss the development of bilateral economic relations and the intensification of business contacts between Bulgaria and Japan. After the talks, they will sign a joint declaration on deepening cooperation in the IT sector and in the field of innovation.
