Atanas Pekanov explained that efforts were being made, together with other countries within the EU, so that an exception be made in the texts with regard to essential oils. Despite their biological nature, essential oils, including rose oil, are treated as chemicals and are classified in 4 classes of danger, Atanas Pekanov said and added this could have an effect on their use.
