The leader of "Democrats for a Strong Bulgaria" slightly injured in car crash

The co-chairman of "Democratic Bulgaria" general Atanas Atanasov was slightly injured in a road accident near Ruse. The deputy was traveling in an official car of the parliament, and after the accident he was taken to the hospital in Byala for examination. According to the initial information of the Emergency Service, the politician has minor injuries. 


The collision involving a truck took place on the busy Ruse-Byala road near the junction for the village of Borovo, at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, May 22.

The news comes against the background of numerous signals that last night, hours before the fate of the first mandate to form a government, which GERB received, talks were held with the "We Continue the Change" party and Democratic Bulgaria" to form a government.
