We Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria (PP-DB) resumed the negotiations with GERB-SDS on the formation of a cabinet on the second mandate. The talks are led by the nominees for Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov and Mariya Gabriel in the presence of the leaders of the political formations. There is still a lack of clarity as regards the conditions set by GERB and the concessions "We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria" are ready to make. PP-DB's Premier-designate Nikolay Denkov reiterated the formula for an expert cabinet. In his words, there will be no ministers from GERB.
"Vazrazhdane" party demands that the second cabinet-forming mandate be returned and called for early elections. The leader of the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) Mustafa Karadayi spoke out against a government with the participation of "We Continue the Change" despite MRF's position on the need for a regular cabinet.
