Runaway leopard returned to Stara Zagora Zoo

Dante the leopard escaped from his cage while being fed on June 18 as a result of the negligence of an employee at the Stara Zagora Zoo, said Dr. Ivelina Ilieva, director of the zoo. Visitors were taken out immediately at 10:30 a.m., but Ayazmoto Park was not closed. All the time the leopard cub was around its cage. The veterinarian immediately took action to tranquilize him. Upon his return, the predator was unharmed.
