Bulgarian Police detained three people and seized 9 kilograms of heroin near Haskovo. The car with the three detainees was speeding and was intercepted by a patrol. The policemen on duty tried to stop the vehicle, but the driver refused to pull over and a car chase began. During the police chase, one of the passengers threw the drugs out of the car.
