The international conference Sofia Talks Media: Youth attracts journalists from eight countries to the Bulgarian capital city, the organizers from the Association of European Journalists in Bulgaria report. Among the highlights of the forum is the involvement of the younger generations, who are used to being informed through social networks.

According to Daniel Rzasa, head of Google News Lab in Central and Eastern Europe, this is not only a challenge but also a huge opportunity for innovation-driven newsrooms to rethink and transform the way they engage with their users.
