GERB-SDS and We Continue the Change-Democratic Bulgaria (PP-DB) have agreed on a common governance programme and will sign a governance agreement next week. This was announced by GERB leader Boyko Borissov, and later confirmed by the co-chairman of PP-DB Hristo Ivanov.

"The Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) will not participate in any of these mechanisms. They said they support certain policies, but that's all," Ivanov added. In his words, this will be "a framework describing the procedure by which both the texts of the bills and the appointments of the regulators will be agreed."
