Grafa’s “Fiasco”, a song about the values in modern life - with a pinch of salt

In duet with Tino, Vladi Ampov-Grafa, a household name in this country, reaches outside the box in an unexpected and thrilling summer hit – “Fiasco”. The song is from Grafa’s latest album “Centuries-old forest”.

The song’s potential is revealed in the very first seconds, but what really makes it unique are its innovative arrangement, tune and text, all of them authored by Grafa, who has proven to be well versed in making music calling attention to important issues from the public sphere. With a grain of salt, the musician sings about integrity in life, falsehood in human relationships, morals as a fiasco: “A glittering wrapper that dazzles, morals on the brink of fiasco”.

The video to the song “Fiasco” deserves special attention. Inspired by the sound and the lyrics of the song, director Svilen Savov, alongside cameraman Viktor Dobrev have created a mini-film starring Grafa and Tino. The video follows the energetic beat of the song, and though it does not reproduce the lyrics literally, it serves to reinforce their meaning and boost their effect.
