Orpheus Mysteries in the heart of Rhodope Mountain

orpheus

The Orpheus Mysteries festival will gather in Trigrad several thousand guests from near and far to get closer to the ancient pagan sacraments and feel the magic of the Rhodope Mountain.

The two-day celebration will start today with a festive program ranging from folklore to rock, featuring the ensembles "Pirin" and "Rodopa", Hamid Imamski, known as the Voice of the Rhodope Mountains, the rock band B.T.R, bagpipers, kukeri and many others.

The legend of Orpheus will be presented with a multimedia projection. Because of the fire danger situation, the usual Nestinar ember dance show will not take place, but there will be a fire show instead.
