The ceremony was attended by the President of the National Assembly Rosen Zhelyazkov, Deputy Prime Minister Mariya Gabriel, Vice President Iliana Iotova, acting Prosecutor General Borislav Sarafov, members of the clergy, cabinet ministers, MPs, representatives of the Bulgarian army.
