Bulgaria will develop a strategy for its road infrastructure

A working group will prepare a long-term strategy for the development of road infrastructure in Bulgaria. This was announced by the Minister of Regional Development Andrey Tsekov.

The goal is that the decisions are not taken by a few people in the Road Infrastructure Agency under the ministry or by the minister, but by the Council of Ministers. In this way, the principle of piecemeal work will be abandoned, and work will be done on strategic projects, Tsekov believes.

Work on the document will last between 12 and 18 months.
