I expect there will be a rotation. The transition from one prime minister and the composition of the cabinet is difficult, but it happened in Romania, it will happen in Bulgaria as well, Prime Minister Academician Nikolay Denkov told "Bulgaria ON Air" television.

Through negotiations with Lukoil it will be established how they report the money to the Bulgarian budget. We really have to ask for out funds from the company, added the prime minister. Regarding "Rosenets" - the best option is for the port to return to the control of the state, but the refinery in Burgas should operate normally. Talks have begun with the idea that they might end up with a mutually beneficial agreement.
The contract with the Turkish gas company Botas creates many risks for the state, and does not take into account the opportunities for the development of the energy market. We are doing everything possible to conclude an annex to this contract, with which the risks are minimized, explained the Prime Minister.
